The traveler starts describing the remains of a statue " Two vast and trunkless legs of stone stand in the desert ". As readers we can imagine this description ( visual image ). -
Expression of the statue's face
The face has a frown, a wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command. Also, in here we can imagine the detailed description. Cold command is an alliteration, showing he was a king with abuse of power. -
Pedestal
On the pedestals there were some words of Ozymandias " My name is ozymandias, king of kings. Look on my works, ye mighty and despair! ". This shows his achievements. -
Nothing remains
Behind this pedestral, nothing remains. " Round the decay of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare the lone and level stands stretch far away ". This description refers to Ozymandias alone in the desert without power.
