tHenry Tudor Was the second son of the Tudor familly and one older brother named Aurthor. Due to tragic events after Aurthor died shortly after his marraige to Catherine of Aragon, Henery was bound to take the throne. Thge parents of Catherine sent 100,000 crowns worth of gold to get Henry to marry Catherine. Henry agreed and took throne after his father, King Henry the 7th, had died on April 22, 1509.
