Among these problems included impressment of sailors, tariffs on US exports, and the violation of the Treaty of Paris. The treaty was extremely unfavored, splitting the nation into two, pro-France or pro-Britian. The treaty favored Britain but did demand their removal from northwestern forts. Other issues like the boarding of US ships and the Canadian Maine boundaries weren't resolved.

If the enlisting's weren't enough, they would partake in the impressment of sailors by the use of press gangs, regarding their need for them, considering the required people to operate British ships tripled in 20 years, as well as the conditions within the Royal Navy becoming so harsh that 100000 members died.

The Hartford Conventions were a series of meetings held in Hartford, Connecticut, where New England Federalist discussed concerns on the James Madison believed abuse of power and the Democratic- Republican party. In resolution, they proposed an addition of amendments to the US Constitution to protect northern interests, which was bound to be sent by report, but foreshadowed by the Trey of Ghent and Andrew Jackon's victory in the New Orleans. The Federalist had divided due to the convention.

The Battle of New Orleans was a US force, composed of militia fighters, slaves, frontiersmen, Native American's, pirates, and future president Andrew Jackson, which countered a British invasion while inflicting serious causalities. The war started due to delay in relaying the message that a treaty among the two parties had already been signed. The war brought fame to Jacksons name, to such an extent he made is to the White House.
